Additionally, we assume that users possess all necessary rights to any documents, audio, or video content submitted to our service. Pricing Policy

We are committed to transparency in pricing. All fees for our accessibility audits and design reviews will be clearly defined and agreed upon before work begins. Custom quotations will be provided based on the scope of the project, and work will commence once both parties sign an agreement.

Refund and Cancellation

Given the nature of our services, we are unable to offer refunds once the service has commenced. However, if the service has not yet started, you may request a full refund. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the work.

Intellectual Property

All deliverables, including reports and design review recommendations, remain the intellectual property of Vision Accessibility until full payment for services has been made. Once payment is completed, ownership of these deliverables is transferred to the client.
